Job Title: Performance Tester

A seasoned performance tester is required to oversee a critical project for a major retail banking client. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology and extensive experience in manual testing. Familiarity with automation is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute performance tests using JMeter, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain the automation framework, incorporating data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test tools and enhance productivity.
  • Evaluate and recommend open-source automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Design and implement API testing strategies using Postman and other automated tools.
  • Prepare and maintain daily activity reports to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance testing with JMeter.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, PLSQL, VB, JavaScript, Java, and .Net programming languages.
  • Experience working with RPA and other test automation tools, such as UiPath, Silktest, Selenium, and Appium.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with banking domain requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies.
