We are seeking an Email Security Expert to join our team.

  • You will assist clients in understanding their security needs and design appropriate configurations to ensure successful implementations.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate effectively, work well under pressure, and maintain accurate documentation and support materials.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prior experience with Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc.
  • Understanding of email protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
