Job Opportunity: Life and Wellness Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Life & Wellness Coach to provide supportive and empowering sessions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.

Your Role

  • Deliver structured coaching sessions via video or phone to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated support team as needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active credentialing with a globally recognized coaching body.
  • Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
