Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to manage and execute our social media strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting, and engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Drive traffic, leads, and sales through targeted online campaigns
  • Optimize and refine digital marketing efforts based on performance data and industry trends
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content that drives results
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management
  • Proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through digital channels
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
