Job Role: Marketing Communication Specialist

  • To achieve sales objectives for new cars by implementing marketing strategies.
  • To stabilize and expand the dealer-customer base through effective marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing annual/quarterly marketing strategies and plans.
  • Allocating marketing budget on an annual/quarterly basis.
  • Defining a media plan to focus on lead generation and brand building.
  • Enhancing digital presence in Rajasthan via SEO, PPC, content creation, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Executing innovative campaigns, cross-promotions, and events for car launches and company events.
  • Building strategic partnerships through luxury event sponsorships and brand collaborations.
  • Conducting regular meetings with the sales team to discuss target agreements/enquiry feedback and objective achievement.
  • Submitting marketing plans each month after discussion with the sales and CRM teams for management approval.
  • Supporting the sales team to generate desired quality enquiries aligned with dealership sales objectives.
  • Managing vendors/marketing agencies and their contractual/commercial arrangements.
  • Maintaining a database of customers and conducting loyalization and customer care activities.
  • Sending emailers/SMS campaigns regularly.
  • Periodically reviewing marketing activity performance and effectiveness based on parameters like leads generated, return on investment, cost per enquiry, etc.
  • Monitoring competitor and co-dealer marketing activities.
  • Assuming responsibility for training and advanced training of marketing employees.
  • Motivating marketing employees.
  • Acting as a role model and ensuring employee behavior aligns with the brand.
  • Controlling marketing activities in line with corporate objectives.
  • Analysing market potential, presence, and utilization.
  • Creating periodic marketing plans outlining budgets, enquiry targets, etc., and reviewing actual vs planned targets.
  • Serving as the single point of contact with the BMW marketing team.
  • Maintaining reports as specified by the BMW marketing team.
  • Implementing marketing measures in coordination with the CRM team.
  • Tracking eligibility for marketing reimbursements from BMW.
  • Informing the sales team about any upcoming marketing activities.
  • Planning and executing BMW campaigns and events at the dealership.
  • Controlling sales promotion measures for BMW India.
  • Handling complaints and legal issues arising from marketing activities.
  • Serving as the contact person for VIP customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with BMW Group standards/reference values for marketing (new cars) and monitoring them.
  • Providing process interface, communication, promotion, and collaboration with other areas in the vehicle dealership.
  • Maintaining other marketing collateral (brochures, price lists, spec sheets, etc.) at the dealership."]}
