Human Resources Business Partners play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for warehouse staff, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams, maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups, with a proven track record in managing blue-collar workforces.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels, including regional languages proficiency for effective employee communication.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance, with flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
