Financial analysis is a critical component of business decision-making. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving Finance Change initiatives forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to support migration activities, process improvements, and system-related initiatives with Workday. This will involve ensuring seamless transitions and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload insurance-related journals into the system on a monthly basis
  • Support migration of opening balances into Workday for global entities
  • Develop reconciliation processes for improved reporting and controls
  • Create process flow maps for transition from current to future state
  • Provide analytical support for controls and custom validations in Workday
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Familiarity with ERP/finance systems (Workday preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical ability
  • Knowledge of Insurance Accounting is an added advantage
