Senior Data Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

The role involves:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets from various sources across the organization
  • Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies
  • Developing and maintaining documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (minimum requirement)
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
