The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of scaffolding scope, including setup, inspection, and tagging procedures.

A key responsibility of the Scaffolding Supervisor is to ensure that scaffolds are properly constructed and maintained, with regular inspections before each work period or after any changes.

Additionally, they must be proficient in risk assessment and safety protocols, able to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

In terms of communication skills, the Scaffold Supervisor should be able to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting scaffolds before each work period
  • Maintaining accurate records of scaffold usage and maintenance
