Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned product implementation expert to lead the delivery of our product suite for key customer accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of consultants to ensure they are effective in their work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing large volume portfolios of key customer accounts
  • Managing the implementation cycle from start to finish, ensuring optimal solution design that meets the client's business needs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders within each customer account to identify workflow processes and business challenges
  • Developing strategies for each engagement, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action
  • Working closely with internal resources to prioritize the best interests of the customer and meet project timelines
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus
  • 12+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills
  • Experience working and communicating with C-level executives and HR/Payroll heads
  • Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations at an enterprise level
  • Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations
