Financial Leadership Role

We seek an accomplished finance expert to assume complete ownership of our financial operations. This senior leadership role encompasses strategic planning, cash flow management, investor relations, reporting, taxation, fundraising, and compliance, while actively contributing to financial structuring, forecasting, and operational finance.

  • Strategic Finance: Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and structuring to ensure seamless operations.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial closures (Ind-AS / Indian GAAP) and lead statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage investor documents, financial models, decks, and data rooms, negotiate and support due diligence and closures.
  • Banking & Treasury: Develop proactive relationships with banks and lenders, lead debt structuring, working capital facilities, and vendor financing, and manage treasury operations ensuring liquidity.
  • Vendor & Cost Management: Govern vendor contracts, negotiate fees, and manage payouts, implement cost control systems and real-time tracking processes, maintain discipline across accounts payable and procurement cycles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance roles.
  • Strong background in VC fundraising, due diligence, and modeling.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or venture-backed startups.
  • Hands-on with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and financial software like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks.
  • High ownership, strategic mindset, ability to thrive in founder-led environments.
