Seeking a seasoned Oracle Supply Chain professional to spearhead the implementation of order management, inventory, and procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules, as well as strong technical and business acumen.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications, including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs. The successful candidate will also perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.

Responsibilities include setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Data cleansing, auditing, and migration are also key aspects of this position. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Furthermore, the individual will develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows. Knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams will also be conducted.

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or migration from EBS to Cloud, domain background in manufacturing, supply chain, or retail industries, and Oracle certifications in SCM.
