Job Role: Credit Risk Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing credit proposals for the wholesale segment, aligning with bank internal credit risk policies and thorough credit analysis.
- Assessing operational, business, financial, and managerial risks, as well as borrowers' industry-market dynamics and demand analysis.
- Conducting technical and financial feasibility studies, due diligence on projects, and comprehensive analysis of financial statements.
- Monitoring borrowers' interim financials, updating clients on company performance, and reporting portfolio risks to seniors.
- Tracking external events impacting borrowers/industry, escalating trigger actions to senior management when necessary.
- Managing delinquent accounts, following up DPDs to prevent moving to EWS/Watch List categories.
- Maintaining adherence to TAT for reviewing credit proposals, ensuring CAM outputs meet bank standards.
- Tracking exceptions, particularly pending security perfection, covenant testing, and overdue documentation, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies/regulatory regimes (e.g., RBI guidelines).
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Qualifications:
Graduate degree minimum (Engineering graduates preferred), CA/MBA.
Experience:
Minimum 7-14 years.
