Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to oversee the service operations for our SMT equipment. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of hands-on experience in SMT processes, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Service Operations for SMT machines, primarily Fuji platforms (e.g., NXT, NXTR series).
  • Install, commission, and support Fuji SMT lines at customer sites with minimal downtime.
  • Supervise a team of field service engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex service and maintenance issues.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and audits to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with Fuji Japan for technical updates and escalations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer support.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience in SMT industry, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Fuji platforms: NXTR, NXT series, feeders, placement heads, and vision systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in hardware and software aspects of SMT machines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards and SMT process optimization is a plus.
  • Experience with other SMT brands is advantageous.
