Senior Leadership Role in Program Management

This position is responsible for driving strategic alignment and operational efficiency across multiple initiatives by maintaining a comprehensive workplan, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting.

The ideal candidate will leverage a deep understanding of market- and program-specific nuances to build and maintain strong relationships across markets & project teams to support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a detailed workplan with multiple views tailored to different stakeholders
  • Conducting regular check-ins with initiative and market representatives to ensure plan accuracy
  • Standardizing and facilitating forecasting of resource needs across markets
  • Identifying and communicating strategic insights from plans to optimize timelines and resourcing
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Overall 15+ years of experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, Smartsheet)
  • Experience maintaining workplans across initiatives and geographies
  • Skilled in deriving strategic insights from plans and forecasting models
  • Experience in resource management and capacity planning
  • Experience leading workshops with executive-level stakeholders
  • Effective communicator with ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification preferred
