Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead strategic initiatives within our production unit. This role requires a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented individual who can coordinate projects from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational processes, quality management, and compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, timely updates, and alignment on priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and optimize resource utilization without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
  • A startup mindset: agile, adaptive, fast-learning, and growth-oriented.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and solution-driven attitude.
PREFERRED QUALITIES:
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
