Main Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a business development plan to attract, recruit, and retain students through key touch points within the community.
- Outreach Programme: Establish an effective outreach programme with local communities to build reputation.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and update procedures and criteria, oversee admissions processes, and manage promotional activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attain enrollment goals and ensure sales targets are met.
- Promote the university nationwide through educational fairs and conferences.
- Maintain positive relationships with area educational constituencies and create networking opportunities.
- Promote the university and attract new students by maintaining working relationships with other departments.
- Oversee admissions materials, events, and marketing practices.
- Provide information regarding admissions requirements and processes to students, parents, and guardians.
- Engage in student recruiting processes by planning, coordinating, and overseeing promotional events and campus tours.
- Analyze trends in enrollment and marketing activities to maintain a continuous flow of quality applicants and transfers.
- Direct, hire, and coach admissions staff members.
- Meet prospect Parents/Students and sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Enhance admissions department and university reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics, etc.)
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience with the banking or education industry may be preferred.
