Strategic Project Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to spearhead cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth through effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project visions, objectives, and strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential pitfalls, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Organize and facilitate steering committee meetings, project status updates, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, tracking progress against set targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience across various industries, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SAP environments or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
