About Us

We are seeking an accomplished Senior IAM Lead to drive strategic initiatives for a leading UK bank. The ideal candidate will bring minimum 15+ years of total experience in Identity & Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Architecture.

This is a mission-critical role that combines technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class IAM practices.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards and risk management protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT with minimum 10+ years in IAM leadership roles within enterprise environments.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven mastery of IAM, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies.
  • Security Architecture: Strong foundation in security architecture, risk management, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated experience leading large global teams and managing complex, enterprise-level IAM transformation projects.
