About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Data Automation Tester looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our data-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated testing frameworks using PySpark and SQL queries
- Develop reusable functions and classes for efficient testing
- Evaluate testability of requirements and create comprehensive test plans
- Conduct data validation, regression, and other types of testing as required
- Identify and implement test data preparation techniques
- Exposure to large data sets and understanding of Data Quality Framework
- Experience in data analysis, including profiling, auditing, balancing, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla
- Tuning SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Views, etc. for performance improvements
- Knowledge of data models and entity relationship diagrams
- Understanding of data masking methodologies and Meta Data Management tools
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Quality Assurance experience on enterprise-level applications
- Strong knowledge of Azure, ADF, ADB, Synapse
- Experience in writing complex PySpark and SQL queries
- Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes
- Detail-oriented with analytical mindset
