Job Overview:- We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expert support for Exchange online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams telephony and related audio video services infrastructure as well as other O365 services.
- The successful candidate will act as a team representative, providing domain expertise on Office 365 services, particularly Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams telephony, Fax integration, OneDrive, SharePoint, and O365 services, as well as On Premise Exchange Administration.
- This role requires developing and supervising PowerShell scripts required for day-to-day operations and various reports as per business needs such as onboarding, offboarding, mailbox, license reports, etc.
- The ideal candidate will install, configure, and troubleshoot Exchange on premise systems used for Office 365 Hybrid as well as SMTP Relays in support of non-Office 365 clients sending mail as well as future requirements that apply to the Hybrid environment.
- Able to stay ahead of technological advances and user application changes on the Office 365 Cloud platform.
- The selected individual will provide SME mentorship as a liaison between the team and other groups, Service Now Level I desk or Worldwide Level II support teams.
- Work within the IT Client Services teams and assist in continued operation support and features improvements of Office 365 and supported services.
- Document and track work in Service Now, Incident management Ticket recording system, as appropriate, increase issues as appropriate.
- Provides user support on remote connectivity issues using various technologies, VPN relates to Office 365, Supports audio visual and video conferencing equipment as it is related to integration with Office 365 and the Video Conferencing team.
- Unified Communications, telecommunications technologies, and AV systems, Configure and solve SIP Trunk, Teams integration with third-party applications and AV equipment, Lead voice routing policy, Auto Attendant, call queue, collaborative calling, Teams Phones, Cisco Call Manager, Direct Routing, MS Calling Plans, and Operator Connect.
- Assist team members with day-to-day activities involving Unified Communication, Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution, Analyze performance metrics and generate reports, Stay updated with the latest trends in Unified Communications, telephony, and AV technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- Operating Mode: Hybrid, Work from office 2 days in a week, Monday to Friday - 24/5, Weekend Support based on Business requirement.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Experience in a business environment, 3 years or more with Exchange Server or 2 years with Office 365, Exchange online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft team and Teams telephony, 1 year of Microsoft Azure as it relates to Active Directory and Office 365.
