Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Gen AI strategy, you will design scalable architectures, manage data pipelines, and select appropriate models to align with business needs.

This role requires deep expertise in AI (NLP and Gen AI models), strong programming skills in Python, and experience with Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems, Agentic workflows, or open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.

You will lead the development, deployment, and performance optimization of Gen AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute the overall Gen AI strategy, designing scalable architectures, managing data pipelines, and selecting appropriate models to align with business needs.

  • Develop components of the platform's Generative AI capabilities, focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic workflows, and other state-of-the-art generative techniques.
  • Build and optimize large-scale backend systems, taking throughput and latency into account, and applying performance optimization techniques, including parallel processing, stream processing, and asynchronous I/O.
  • Implement evaluation and diagnostics tools, such as logging and tracing mechanisms, to facilitate debugging, diagnostics, and performance tracking of the platform.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in AI (NLP and Gen AI models)
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems, Agentic workflows, or open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies, including Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT) for natural language processing (NPL), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for predictive analytics, seamless cloud-to-cloud integrations for scalable infrastructure, and GraphQL for efficient data queries and APIs
  • Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), scalable AI architecture design, and leadership abilities to mentor and guide AI development teams
  • Strong multi-cultural team lead skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
