We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team as a Digital Experience Architect. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences across multiple platforms.

Job Description:

As a Digital Experience Architect, you will be responsible for designing beautiful, crafted, and responsive digital experiences that meet and exceed client goals. You will apply your UI expertise to shape an attractive, intuitive, and impactful experience that resonates with our clients' audiences.

You will work closely with internal partners such as UX designers, strategists, Front End Developers, BAs, project managers, and leadership to deliver compelling conceptual design directions and explorations.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Buidling trusted relationships with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Pivoting effortlessly based on evolving requirements, timelines, and feedback.
  • Presenting work to clients and converting feedback into design direction.

Requirements:

  • Bold thinking and innovative approach to design.
  • Passionate about understanding and improving end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Courageous and open to feedback.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of best practices for UI and interaction design.
  • An understanding of accessibility design issues and UX best practices.
