We are looking for a skilled Digital Experience Architect to help shape the future of our platform by delivering intuitive, user-friendly experiences across mobile, web, and desktop applications.

About Our Platform

The ffreedom app is India's largest platform for micro-entrepreneurs. It empowers individuals across various sectors with practical video-based courses, access to one-to-one expert advice over video calls, tools to manage their business & access to credit. With a library of over 500+ courses, the app covers various topics, including personal finance, agriculture, animal husbandry, and numerous business sectors such as handicrafts, retail, service industries, and home-based ventures.

Recently, we launched an AI-powered bot (Sri Chatbot) to help users seek knowledge on any topics related to our platform's offerings.

Your Role

You will leverage your strong engineering background and product management expertise to identify customer problems, define impactful solutions, and ensure seamless execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to drive decisions and deliver intuitive user-centric features for a platform serving millions of users.

Main Responsibilities

  • Feature Development: Drive the development of impactful features by collaborating with design and engineering teams, using creativity to deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Prioritization: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, using frameworks to make trade-offs with clear, data-driven reasoning.
  • Roadmapping: Develop detailed roadmaps for complex features, breaking them into phases based on business needs and resource constraints.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business objectives. Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into production.
  • Data Analysis: Define success metrics for functionalities, analyze product data, and apply funnel analysis, user path analysis, and raw data interpretation to improve the user experience.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to maintain a smooth release cycle.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proactively gather information, ask the right questions, define the scope, and streamline processes to reduce iterations and remove information barriers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field with hands-on software development experience of at least 2 years.
  • Product Management Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of working on B2C applications.
  • Platform Scale: Experience working on a B2C app with at least 1 million users.
  • Product Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Google Analytics/Metabase. Strong understanding of design workflows, product documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with engineering teams in product-based companies to build and deliver solutions.
  • Design Thinking: Proven expertise in designing for mobile apps, web apps, and desktop platforms. Experience with multilingual platforms is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using analytics and data to measure features' success and identify improvement opportunities.
