Vice President of Sales: Retention, Cross-Sell and Upsell
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in corporate sales, with a strong focus on retention, cross-selling and upselling within the Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, deepen client relationships and enhance customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities include engaging with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling and upsell within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and deepening client relationships.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with excellent relationship management capabilities.
- Ability to negotiate at senior levels and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept at using CRM and analytics platforms to drive business insights and personalized sales approaches.
