
Sales and Operations Leader

This role oversees the growth of multiple store locations, focusing on driving sales performance, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for managing local market initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Performance Management: Deliver area-wise sales and revenue targets by effectively leading store teams to maximize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement local campaigns to boost growth, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Territory Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hyperlocal activation strategies, drive product availability, and optimize operations.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in retail sales or Q-commerce operations, with a proven track record of leadership and execution.
- Strong data interpretation skills, ability to analyze performance metrics, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple store locations or territories, with a high ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
