Wireless Network Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Optimization specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing wireless communication networks, specifically using Ericsson equipment.

  • Analyze and mitigate interference in wireless networks
  • Conduct Spectrum Graph analysis to ensure optimal network performance
  • Leverage Ericsson software features to analyze signal quality and make recommendations for optimization
  • Identify sources of interference in the wireless network and develop strategies to minimize their impact on signal quality
  • Collaborate with the network Optimization team to suggest and implement RF solutions that meet coverage and capacity requirements
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge on Radio Frequency (RF) signal optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working in shift operations
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or related field
