To lead RMP's initiatives, we seek a professional who can bring new dimensions to current activities.

About The Role
  • Expand current activities and introduce new areas of study, research, training, and projects in the socio-political-economic arena.
  • Closely study international events and review their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.
  • Develop and execute training, public awareness, and research programs to facilitate policymakers through collaborative approaches with stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Guide and ensure execution of strategy for in-house talent management and development programs.
  • Operate with the management committee through a consultative approach.
  • Oversee campus infrastructure, HR, administration, finances, and stakeholder relations.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A professional qualification with a Ph.D. preferred.
  • 20-25 years of experience in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors.
  • A strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership aligned with the ethos of 'New Leaders for a New India.'
