We're seeking a highly skilled Database Architect with expertise in designing, optimizing and managing scalable databases. The ideal candidate will be proficient in architecting high-performance databases that ensure data integrity and support AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable database architectures using SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance tuning for efficient data retrieval.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery to safeguard critical information.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics workflows, integrating databases with APIs, CRMs, and external systems.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) is a plus, as well as expertise in database optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling, with experience working with cloud database services (AWS RDS, GCP Cloud SQL, Azure SQL).
  • Familiarity with backup, replication, and high availability strategies, along with strong Python/SQL scripting skills for automation.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), knowledge of streaming data systems (Kafka, Spark), and hands-on experience with AI/ML data pipelines.
  • Exposure to DevOps for databases (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD for DB) and prior work with enterprise-scale databases handling high-volume data.
