We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on a key role in our maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for mechanical maintenance and leadership.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.

  • Supervise and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, and other rotating equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and carry out root cause analysis of recurring mechanical issues.
  • Coordinate with production and utility departments to schedule maintenance with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to guide and supervise technicians and maintenance staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.

The selected candidate will also support the implementation of mechanical improvement projects and modifications while adhering to safety protocols and ensuring maintenance activities comply with statutory and company safety norms.
