Compensation Package
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect performance-based bonuses, health benefits, generous employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth and skill development.

About the Role
We are looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Strategist with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, marketplace strategies, and experience working with backpack brands. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand's voice and messaging, while driving conversions and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other major platforms
- Oversee content creation, including photos, videos, and copywriting that resonate with our target audience
- Build and foster a strong online community through engagement, responding to customer inquiries, and managing comments/messages
- Lead social media campaigns and collaborations with influencers, content creators, and ambassadors to boost brand awareness and drive traffic
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on metrics such as engagement, conversions, and traffic from social platforms

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing social media for a D2C brand, preferably in the fashion, accessories, or lifestyle industry
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their application for branding, customer engagement, and conversion
- Experience managing social media strategies that integrate with marketplace platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or others to drive traffic and increase sales
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and content creation skills
- Strong visual sense and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Knowledge of social media advertising and influencer marketing
- Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
