The Role

This role will oversee finance and HR functions, maintaining financial discipline and ensuring smooth operations. As the company expands, opportunities to take on leadership positions and manage your own team will arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle vendor registrations, invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups
  • Oversee taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with statutory filings
  • Maintain financial discipline across all departments
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for new joiners
  • Maintain employee records, payroll, and contracts
  • Support team members with queries and create a cool, creative work culture
  • Build simple systems for leaves, appraisals, and performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in finance/accounts (commerce background preferred)
  • Understanding of HR operations, with a people-first mindset
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)
