About the Position

  • We seek a seasoned Technical Lead with expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • You will collaborate with global teams to implement custom applications leveraging the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as out-of-the-box CRM applications for various business needs like case management and task management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Evaluate multiple approaches and provide clear explanations of their pros and cons.
  • Develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems.
  • Participate in development using CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET.
  • Write efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues in the CRM system and providing timely resolution to ensure high system availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in CRM development.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing before requiring any extended customization.
  • Able to effectively communicate statuses and concerns within the organization.
  • Able to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Able to develop plug-ins using C# and write UI logic in JavaScript.
  • Able to build and release solutions.
  • Able to write technical documentation in a clear manner.
  • Banking experience is desirable.
