Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a territory consisting of calling on the largest companies in India. Your accounts will be a blend of clients with additional revenue opportunities and prospects.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and tactics.

Requirements

- 12+ years of enterprise solution sales experience selling CRM, ERP, or similar.
- Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals, consistently overachieving quota and revenue goals.
- Excellent technical competence, passion for customer success, and strong time management skills.
