Job Description

This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in database and application development. You will lead our Operations team by driving strategic direction, job monitoring, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance of batch jobs.

You will be the primary point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction
  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate on resolving bugs and complex technical issues
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes, and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance
