Program Objectives:

  • To develop associates who possess an all-rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts.
  • To build and nurture strong, well-rounded leaders that will replenish the pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill challenging assignments throughout our organization in the fields of Corporate HR, including Recruitment, Talent Management, and OD, L&D, Finance, Market Research, etc.
  • Participate in different projects during each rotation of the traineeship.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, or General Management.
  • No more than two years of working experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in Service Industry.
  • International mindset.
  • Good command over the English language.
  • Highly ambitious; constantly drive improvement and set stretching goals.
  • Ability to identify market drivers and passionate to serve customers.
  • Strong team player interested in colleagues' motives and behaviors, driving collaboration.
  • Developed skills from extra-curricular activities like sports, volunteer work, internships, or committee activities.
