Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Manage client onboarding, solution design, and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking (SME/ Retail/ Core Banking implementation, risk platforms etc.), or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi), logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and security best practices.
