As an E-commerce Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in managing distribution operations for sales channels, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, maintaining Order-Delivery KPIs, and resolving escalations and GRN/RTV discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review and verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Input order details into the order processing system or Excel.
  • Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery, including GRN discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through responsive email communication.
  • Address quality-related concerns or deviations promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for RTV and related operations alignments.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective communication and crisp email writing.
