Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage a team of 100 people, focusing on performance assessment, training needs, and promoting a safety culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency, reliability, and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with government agencies, such as Factory Inspector, Boiler Inspector, and MSEB.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management in a large industrial setting.
  • Experience with equipment like Pasteurisers, Separators, Bactofuge, Vacuum Pumps, DSI, High Pressure Pumps, Blowers, Fluid Bed, Sifter, Cheddar Master, Cooker, Boiler & Steam Network, Ammonia & Freon Based Refrigeration System, Compressed Air & Nitrogen Generation System, VAM, RO & UF, Sand & Carbon Filters, Pumps, DG Sets, Transformers.
  • Knowledge of advanced maintenance practices like RCA, CAPA, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Electronics Equipment Monitoring Tools & Tackles.
