Job Opportunity: Director of Client Services

About the Role

The Director of Client Services will anchor our client relationships in India and beyond, setting the standard for how we show up with senior client stakeholders. You'll oversee a client service team that translates business goals into creative action, spot opportunities, and build long-term trust that drives growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts, driving revenue growth.
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility, keeping margins, timelines, and impact in check.
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners.
  • Call out when 'good enough' isn't good enough – and show what better looks like.
  • Partner with agency leadership to shape proposals, pitches, and new market entries.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in client service (agency side, B2B preferred).
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction.
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts.
  • An instinct for commercial growth as much as delivery discipline.
