Remote RFE Writer Job Opportunity

About this Role:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented writers to join our team in a fully remote setting. In this role, you will support our US-based staffing, background verification, and related business processes by drafting, reviewing, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and other compliance-related documentation.

This position requires working night shifts aligned with US hours, but offers the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and finalize RFE responses in clear, professional language, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all submissions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, HR, compliance, and legal teams to gather required documents and supporting evidence, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of US staffing, immigration, and background verification requirements.
  • Track and manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of RFE responses, maintaining confidentiality and data security while handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in English, Communications, Business, or related field), demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in RFE writing, staffing documentation, or compliance writing is an advantage, along with ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online collaboration tools.

  • Shift Timing: Night shift, aligned with US business hours.
