We are a small, passionate group with big dreams and a mission to revolutionize credit access for underserved communities. Our technology platform connects individual lenders and borrowers, cutting out intermediaries, and offering customized and affordable loans than traditional lenders.

Having pioneered the model in India since 2008, our platform has proved game changing for providing timely credit access to thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P with a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

We seek a strategic and people-centric HR leader to handle our HR function and support organizational growth. This role will focus on building strong talent pipelines, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with best practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy: Develop internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives building a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
