Strategic Financial Advisor

The primary purpose of the Investment Banking role is to contribute to a dynamic team that provides expert advice and services to clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a dedicated investment banking team
- Support clients across multiple sectors, including IT, telecom, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, healthcare, retail, industrials, energy, and power
- Develop comprehensive company profiles, pitch books, industry overviews, and discussion documents
- Conduct in-depth secondary research and provide high-quality analysis on projects, including critical industry or market analysis and financial benchmarking
- Exhibit expertise in financial analysis, encompassing operational and financial benchmarking, trading/transaction comparables, and opportunity assessments
- Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
- Nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possess an MBA, CFA, or CA certification
- 5-7 years of experience supporting investment banking divisions of banks, consulting firms, boutique firms, advisory firms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Working knowledge of databases such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Factset, Factiva, Merger Market
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
