This critical role involves guiding analysis and design of innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements and align with client objectives in Open Banking and Finance.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating requirements into actionable business insights.">
  • Create comprehensive compliance matrices to ensure end-to-end regulatory adherence.">
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.">
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.">
  • Stay updated with PSD2, PSD3, and other relevant regulations in open banking and open finance.">
  • Undertake market research, gather feature recommendations from clients, and build a pipeline of requirements.">
  • Identify market trends and opportunities in open banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.">
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.">
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential.">
  • Proven expertise in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and traceability matrix creation.">
  • Able to map regulatory requirements to organizational systems.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.">
  • Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and API integrations or implementations.">
  • Understanding of client use cases and advising on integration practices.">
  • Ability to manage the full implementation cycle, from start to launch.">
  • Comfortable delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.">
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.">
