Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our efforts in driving digital growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital adoption strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage data insights to identify key focus areas for digital penetration across customer segments.
Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead a team of digital professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and promote collaboration among team members to achieve common goals.
Customer Onboarding & Engagement:
  • Design and implement onboarding processes for customers onto digital platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal user experiences.
  • Analyze onboarding performance and develop targeted strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Training & Capability Building:
  • Organize training sessions for internal stakeholders to improve knowledge and promotion of digital banking products.
  • Ensure teams have access to necessary tools and resources to support customer onboarding and digital service usage.
Performance Management:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital product usage, customer onboarding, and adoption success rates.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives and effective communication.
  • Act as a bridge between regional leadership and ground-level teams to facilitate information sharing and coordination.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to digital adoption efforts, prioritizing user needs and preferences.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in digital user experience.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal digital banking policies, maintaining a strong risk management framework.
  • Promote secure onboarding practices and digital transaction safety across all touchpoints.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)
  • Postgraduate degree in Management or related field is an advantage

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a digital banking or leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and executing regional initiatives
