Job Summary
  • The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic Services team, providing services to Large Steam Turbine business.
  • As a Site Lead, they will be responsible for executing Service outages of steam turbine safely, on-time and within budget.
  • They will be accountable for handling vendors at site during outage execution and interacting with customers for planning/executing outages.
  • Regular reports will be submitted to Management and customers regarding site activities.
  • Engagement with customers and promotion of Siemens products will also be a key responsibility.

What do I need to qualify for this job

  • A graduate degree (B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical) with 12-15 years of experience or Diploma with 18-20 years of experience in Steam Powerplants is required.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience leading teams during Steam turbine outages is necessary.
  • Sound technical knowledge of Steam turbines of KWU/LMZ/BHEL make is essential.
  • Comfortable working in shifts and flexibility in working hours as well as traveling to different Powerplant sites across India/Abroad are must-haves.
  • Good computer skills and fluency in articulating with customers/vendors are required.
