Job Opportunity

We seek experienced consultants with Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP expertise to support our team in creating Requests for Proposal (RFPs).

About the Assignment

  • This part-time role is ideal for professionals with strong domain knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze manufacturing process needs and develop targeted solutions.
  2. Apply your expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP to shape the RFP scope, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  3. Assist in drafting functional and technical requirements for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects.
  4. Define evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to best practices, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  5. Review and validate RFP content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  6. Offer expert advice on implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to Infor/Epicor, enabling informed decision-making.
  7. Support ad-hoc consultations during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases, providing timely guidance and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP, with a proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes, with a strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
