About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Process Manufacturing Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive domain knowledge in SCM, particularly within Process Manufacturing, and a proven track record of successful implementations. This role requires close collaboration with both business and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver robust SCM solutions that meet organizational needs.Key Responsibilities :- Provide expert functional consulting for Oracle EBS SCM and Process Manufacturing modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS SCM implementations, system enhancements, and support projects.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, design effective solutions, and configure SCM applications within Oracle EBS.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and project management to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Oracle SCM solutions.- Utilize domain knowledge in costing and inventory management to enhance SCM processes and deliver optimized solutions.- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users and business teams.- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle EBS functionalities.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules and industry best practices.Required Skills and Experience :- Experience : 10 to 15 years of hands-on functional consulting in Oracle EBS SCM modules, with a strong focus on Process Manufacturing.- Domain Expertise : In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management processes within a Process Manufacturing environment.- Implementation Experience : Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle EBS SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.- Costing Knowledge : Solid understanding of costing principles within Oracle EBS (preferred but not mandatory).- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling complex business challenges.- Client Management : Experience in managing client expectations and providing exceptional consulting services.- Work Hours : Willingness and flexibility to work in US time zones as per business requirements.
