Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

In this role, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring the highest standards in statutory compliance and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance under the Companies Act 2013:
    • Timely filings and compliance including AOC-4, MGT-7A, Form 8, Form 11, and DPT-03.
    • Matters related to share capital alterations, corporate restructuring, and other statutory filings.
    • Drafting board resolutions and maintaining statutory registers. Coordination with clients and regulatory bodies on ROC-related matters.
    • Bank reconciliations and accurate maintenance of Books of Accounts.
  • GST Compliance:
    • Preparing and filing monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-1A, GSTR-3B).
    • Preparing and filing annual returns (GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
    • CMP-08 returns and GST refund processing.
    • Liaising with GST officers for clarifications and follow-ups.
  • Income Tax Compliance:
    • Computing and managing advance tax, TDS deductions, and ITR filings.
    • MAT calculations, tax refund processes, and deferred tax analysis.
    • Coordinating tax audit procedures and managing documentation for scrutiny cases.
  • FEMA Compliance:
    • Adherence to FEMA regulations for applicable clients.
    • Foreign remittance reporting, FIRC/FCGPR filings, and coordination with AD banks.
  • UAE Compliance:
    • Compliance with UAE VAT laws and ESR (Economic Substance Regulations).
    • Adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) requirements.
    • Assisting clients with registration and reporting obligations under the UAE Corporate Tax regime.
    • Coordination with UAE Free Zone Authorities and other regulatory bodies as required.
  • RBI Guidelines:
    • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations for foreign investments, external commercial borrowings (ECBs), and ODI/FDI filings.
    • Preparation and submission of relevant forms such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, and APR.
    • Liaising with AD Category-I banks for RBI-related reporting and approvals.
  • Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
    • Maintenance of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting systems.
    • Preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and MIS reports.
