Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel who will play a critical role in managing complex employment matters and providing strategic corporate legal advisory.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mitigating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business objectives with commercially sound legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employment-related disputes in multiple jurisdictions, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice on employment and labour law matters, including policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop proactive strategies to identify and mitigate HR/legal risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate settlement agreements and severance arrangements.
  • Advise on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, ensuring legal frameworks align with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LL.B. from a recognized law school.
  • 8-10 years of experience in employment law, corporate advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution, preferably in a multinational or leading law firm.
  • Strong contract negotiation, dispute resolution, regulatory advisory, employment law, and compliance expertise.
